Lexus, Star and Kameika out for their daily walk.

Star is a homebred baby, a beauty unto herself. There is definitely not another like her, she has a character all of her own. Star, Lexus and Brianna are best Of pals and can often be seen cuddled up in bed next to each other. Where one is seen the other is soon to follow! Star has a fabulous temperament, getting along with everyone!! Star enjoys her walks in the park and being let off the lead (in a VERY secure area) with her friends the pugs, as well as Lexus and Brianna. It is utterly amazing to see them all run around together having a blast! Star was shown alongside her litter brother, but once he passed away Star never really showed any interest in the ring again.

Star is the daughter of Ch Keskai Best Of British who amassed 19 C.C's, 7 R C.C's and 12 Best of Breeds. Basha was Top Akita in 2001. Runner Up Contest of Champion Show Dogs in 2002. Crufts Best of Breed 2002 & 2003, Basha was also short listed to the last 8 in the Group 03. Crufts Dog C.C winner in 2004.

CONGRATULATIONS go to Cheryl for her fabulous handling of Star!! Star has proved her name is worthy of of the title!!! She placed best overall at our local ringcraft class. Placing first in a very large class and then taking the title at the end of the night, beating not only puppies, but as per usual, adults as well. She proudly went home with a rossette and..... did her handler and breeder proud!! I am sure that Rossette will have a lifetime of memories!! Well done Cheryl and Star, you should be proud... what an accomplishment for Star at 5 months old winning over a total of 29 dogs!! BRILLIANT is the only word. Cheryl, are you hooked onto the show bug yet???.... your baby has done you proud!! Cheryl has also qualified Star for Crufts at the tender age of 6 months. Well Done, and thank you for handling Star for Dayami!
